Executive Summary
The agreement enables the FDA and the MoH to share professional regulatory information as a part of the registration procedures for medicinal products, medical devices and equipment, and food. The information which may be transferred refers to legal and scientific information, review of reports of registration procedures for medicinal products, and good manufacturing practice (GMP) at various manufacturing plants.
