In a joint statement, New York State AG Schneiderman and NPA CEO Fabricant say they will work “jointly” with herbal supplement manufacturers and retailers to promote product safety, authenticity and transparency in the industry. “We view this dialogue as a positive step in resolving our differences," they say.
