Mead nominates Casiano, Catalano to board: Mead Johnson Nutrition nominates Kimberly Casiano, an advisor to business leaders in the Hispanic market, and Anna Catalano, who held executive posts in international markets, to its board of directors. Both Casiano and Catalano will stand for election at the firm's annual meeting May 11. Casiano advised businesses in the Hispanic market in her work at Casiano Communications, a Puerto Rico-based business founded by her family, where she was president and chief operating officer for 15 years. Catalano has 20 years of experience in the energy industry, including president of Amoco Orient Oil in China and in other marketing, branding and business development positions, Glenview, Ill.-based MJN says. The nominations would expand MJN's board to nine members. "They will add to the overall depth and strength of the current board, bringing an additional richness of perspective and global operating experience to our company," CEO Steve Golsby says
