North Castle sells Enzymatic Therapy to Nature’s Way

Springville, Utah-based herbal and natural product manufacturer Nature's Way acquires natural medicine and supplement firm Enzymatic Therapy under an Oct. 9 agreement with the North Castle Partners private equity firm, Enzymatic Therapy's majority shareholder. Green Bay, Wis.-based Enzymatic Therapy says Oct. 17 that all other shareholders approved the sale, which will close pending regulatory approvals.
