Neuragen for nerve pain: Canadian firm Origin BioMed enters the U.S. market with its topical treatment for relief of diabetic and post-shingles nerve pain. The Halifax, Nova Scotia-based company Sept. 16 says Neuragen works in five to 20 minutes and provides up to eight hours of relief. According to the label, the product's active ingredient is "Hypericum 3X," and it also contains oil extracts from geranium, lavender, bergamot, eucalyptus and tea tree. Neuragen is available in stores and online in a .17-ounce bottle for $29.95 and a half-ounce bottle with mist spray attachment for $59.85, according to the firm
