Wolters Kluwer Health and the Nielsen Co. team up to launch a new data mining service - HealthScape - that links "health-related purchases to important influences such as managed care, TV and online advertising, in-store merchandizing and physician recommendations," the firms announce July 23. Manufactures can use the data to understand consumer purchasing decisions.
