Probio gets Gelkaps

Probio will acquire Gelkaps, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical- and nutraceutical-grade soft gelatin capsules. Probio's plants in Finland, Germany and Norway will cater to customers as a single organization led by Ralf Dieter Blesel, managing director of Gelkaps, following the deal's closing.
