Executive Summary
A continuing resolution for funding all federal agencies until Dec. 14 was enacted as part of the FY 2008 Department of Defense Appropriations bill, H.R. 3222. The CR grants funding to all federal agencies at the current FY 2007 funding levels, excludes emergency supplementals and continues all measures included under the last CR.
