Executive Summary
Michael J. Lambert is appointed CFO of Advanced Medical Optics, effective immediately, medical device company announces Oct. 9. Lambert, who most recently served as senior vice president and CFO at Quest Software, brings 20 years of experience and a diverse financial background, the firm notes. Lambert replaces Richard A. Meier, the most recent CFO and chief operating officer, who will continue to serve in the latter role. Additionally, C. Russell Trenary, III, previously president of the firm's cataract/implant business, is named executive VP of global public policy and medical education.
