A new product from Jarrow Formulas promises to deliver powerful antioxidant activity to liver cells and protect them against glutathione loss. PolyPC, for liver and gastric support, contains polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholines, more unsaturated than endogenous phosphatidylcholines. "PolyPC is highly absorbed via the lymph [system] and circulation and concentrates in hepatocyte (liver cell) membranes," the company claims.
