Trudeau sues again

Supplement marketer Kevin Trudeau, author of Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You to Know About, has filed a lawsuit against "Greensheet" publisher Jordan Whitney, whose "Top Ten" infomercial ranking is based on broadcast frequency and market reach. The Jan. 25 suit alleges that Whitney accepted false information from infomerical producers and thus inflated their ranking status, which has in turn skewed the perception of Trudeau's infomerical promoting his book. Trudeau believes his infomercials promoting Natural Cures rank No. 1, yet Whitney's rankings have never reflected such a position. The suit seeks injunctive relief to reclaim the infomercial's leading status, and to prevent Whitney from publishing "misleading and disparaging" information...
