Executive Summary

Thirty-eight of 41 vitamin B products contained their claimed amounts of vitamins, according to ConsumerLab.com; the firm tested various forms of vitamin B. Of the three failing products, one B-complex product contained just 10% of its claimed riboflavin, another contained 82% of its claimed folic acid, and a B-1 (thiamin) product contained 82% of its claimed vitamin.
