Executive Summary

The U.S. Postal Inspection and other federal agencies raided Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals' Forest Park, Ohio headquarters March 16. The firm has an "unsatisfactory" record with the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau "due to a pattern of complaints concerning billing and refund issues," including more than 2,500 complaints processed in the last year. Berkeley says it is currently in discussions with FDA over product claims the agency believes violate the FD&C Act.
