Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Terrell Owens and his agent David Joseph are being sued in California Superior Court for allegedly breaching the terms of an endorsement contract with Formulated Sciences, the Laguna Hills-based supplement firm announces Dec. 8. The company originally sued the NFL and its players association in late 2003 after Owens backed out of his endorsement, alleging the NFL mistakenly placed two of Formulated Sciences' products on the league's banned supplements list (1"The Tan Sheet" Jan. 5, 2004, p. 6).
