NNFA Executive Director & CEO David Seckman's lobbying efforts have targeted members of House Energy & Commerce Committee, which is investigating supplements including ephedra and andro. NNFA reports Seckman visited more than 30 Congressional offices in his first week in Washington, D.C. to educate members, staff on DSHEA and to promote message that FDA has sufficient authority to regulate supplements.
