CHPA appointments: Virginia Cox joins trade group as VP-communications & strategic initiatives. She served as director of outreach at FDA from 1999-2001 and was most recently a consultant to the agency on regulatory process and public policy issues. Cox assumes the management role previously handled by VP-Public Affairs Corinne Russell, who left CHPA in early 2002, but with an added focus on strategic initiatives.
