Jaiden Bryson Hydrocarbon Rule, named in memory of California boy who died after aspirating baby oil last May, requires CRP for products - including sunscreens - that contain 10% or more hydrocarbons by weight and low viscosity. Rule carries one-year effective date recommended by FTC staff at recent briefing (1"The Tan Sheet" Oct. 15, p. 11)
