Executive Summary
Soy7 line of soy protein-enriched chili will launch in first quarter 2002, Archer Daniels Midland announces during Expo East. Each Soy7 chili meal contains 15-16 g NutriSoy soy protein per serving and will carry the NutriSoy logo. Soy7 pastas, each with 7 g soy protein per serving, already have launched. ADM supplies its NutriSoy soy protein to dietary supplement manufacturers as well; Weider Nutrition uses it in its Soy One protein bars (1"The Tan Sheet" March 19, p. 10).
