Executive Summary
Supplement manufacturer reports fourth quarter and year-end net losses of $3 mil. and $5.2 mil., respectively, compared to net income of $2.7 mil. and $9.2 mil. in 1999 periods. As previously anticipated, Q4 sales fell 27% to $18 mil. Although 2000 net revenues increased 6.7% to $87.1 mil., $21.2 mil. in sales were generated by Natrol's Prolab Nutrition division, acquired in October 1999.
