NBC, CBS and Fox TV networks accept spots with New Year's Eve safe sex message during late-night programming beginning Dec. 16, Carter-Wallace announces Dec. 1. The two-week campaign marks only the second time a condom manufacturer has promoted its products on network TV, the first being a similar Trojan ad campaign on NBC and Fox last December, firm says. In the current spot, a man wearing a party hat is admonished, "You can wear one of these and look stupid" or wear a Trojan condom and "look smart." Advertising will continue on Carter-Wallace's usual cable outlets, including MTV and BET
