When his wife asks him what is wrong, he blows fire out of his mouth. "Oh, heartburn," she says. "I know just what you need." The product then appears on-screen, with the voiceover describing it as "faster than Pepcid, Zantac or even the leading prescription. Alka-Seltzer Relief - cool, effervescent, specially formulated to put out the fire of heartburn, fast."
