Early use of infant formula supplemented with docosahexaenoic and arachidonic acid (DHA and AA) led to significant improvement in infant mental development compared to those children fed regular formula, researchers at the Retina Foundation of the Southwest, Dallas, conclude in a study published in the March issue of Developmental Medicine & Child Neurology.
