Products at issue are Immunity Green Tea, Vitality Orange Pineapple, High Energy Citrus Punch, Potency Fruit Punch and Focus Watermelon Kiwi. Claims cited by FDA include "anticancer," "antidepressant," "antiviral," "antibacterial," "antiallergy" and "anti-inflammatory." The agency says the products are misbranded because labeling fails to include adequate directions for use and falsely suggests safety and effectiveness for their intended use.
