Michael Valentino, chief operating officer of Novartis Consumer Health in North America, promoted to exec VP and global head of Novartis Consumer Health OTC. Also, Frank Palantoni, global head of the Infant & Baby business, will assume additional responsibilities of CEO-North America, overseeing all U.S. and Canadian operations of the five consumer health segments - Gerber Products, OTC, Medical Nutrition, Health & Functional Nutrition and Pacific Life Foods.
