Botanical extracts manufacturer changes name to A.M. Todd Botanicals and extends line of branded extracts with Astragamax, "a highly concentrated multi-standard pure astragalus extract." Available in powder form, Astragamax "includes guaranteed levels of the plant's active constituents: saponins, polysaccharides and flavonoids," the company says. In September, the firm launched its new line of branded extracts with Echinamax echinacea extract (1"The Tan Sheet" Sept. 13, In Brief).
