HairClean 1,2,3 Lice Remover kit expected to reach Rite Aid, Target and Fred Meyer store shelves this fall. Kit includes a metal medi-comb and pesticide-free head and hair hygiene spray containing coconut oil, anise oil, ylang ylang oil and isopropyl alcohol. Eugene, Ore.-based Quantum says the spray enters through lice's breathing mechanism and also loosens the glue holding lice and nits. The kit is currently available at GNC, CVS and regional drug and health food stores. Quantum says the product is considered a Class I device
