Lonza AG will pay a fine of $10.5 mil. for its role in a conspiracy to fix prices and allocate the volume of sales of vitamin B3 (niacin and niacinamide) products following a settlement agreement with the Justice Department Antitrust Division through a Dallas, Tex. federal court.
