Q-DENT COQ10 TOOTHPASTE TO REACH WEST COAST IN AUGUST, followed by a planned nationwide product roll out to mass market doors in 1999, Edmonds, Wash.-based Q-pharma said. The company has begun shipping the sodium fluoride toothpaste with the antioxidant coenzyme Q10 to food, drug and mass merchandise outlets in 60 markets in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Montana. Q-Dent, the company's first product, will retail near the high end of the toothpaste market at over $4 for a 3 oz. tube. Q-Dent will be available in both paste and gel forms.
