Executive Summary
NTP WORKSHOP ON DIETARY SUPPLEMENT USES, RESEARCH NEEDS, with participants from federal regulatory bodies, academia and industry trade groups, will be held Sept. 23-24 at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences conference facility in Research Triangle Park, N.C. In addition to the National Toxicology Program, the public meeting will be co-sponsored by the National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements, NIEHS, the HHS Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, the FDA Office of Special Nutrition and the Society for the Advancement of Women's Health Research. The workshop will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
