NDMA TAPS EVE BACHRACH AS SENIOR VP, GENERAL COUNSEL and secretary-elect, effective March 22 at the conclusion of the Nonprescription Drug Manufacturers Association 1998 Annual Executive Conference in Palm Beach, Fla. NDMA's board made the appointment Feb. 12. Bachrach will succeed Daniel O'Keefe, 62, who announced his retirement on Jan. 15 ("The Tan Sheet" Jan. 19, p. 12). O'Keefe was with NDMA for 22 years.
