OTC labeling: FDA seeks more information on the purpose of the "feedback" meeting on OTC label reform requested by the Nonprescription Drug Manufacturers Association. A Nov. 21 letter to NDMA notes the association's desire to discuss the need for a smaller package size exemption. FDA says it needs "to know if the subject matter involves new data or proposed solutions that are not included in [NDMA's] submitted comments which already address the need for small package exemption" before the agency can grant the meeting request.
