Proceeds from the offering of 1.2 mil. shares of common stock, expected to total about $6.1 mil., would be used in part to develop and market these products, the firm says. PacificHealth Laboratories sells the Endurox "workout supplement," which began shipping in May 1996 ("The Tan Sheet" June 24, 1996, p. 14).
