NATURAL RUBBER CONDOMS ALLERGIC REACTION WARNING STATEMENT required on product labeling under an FDA final rule on new labeling for natural rubber-containing devices published in the Sept. 30 Federal Register. Provisions in the reg will take effect Sept. 30, 1998, one year after publication of the final rule. The one-year implementation period extends a 180-day deadline suggested by the agency in a proposed rule published in June 1996.
