FDA USER FEE COLLECTIONS AUTHORIZED THROUGH OCT. 23 AT FY 1997 LEVELS under a continuing resolution signed by President Clinton Sept. 30. Under the CR, the agency is "authorized to continue to collect user fees for applications, products and establishments at the FY 97 rates and to review applications in accordance with the FY 97 Prescription Drug User Fee Act performance goals," an Oct. 1 FDA letter to industry states.
