The extension responds to re-quests for more time from the Nonprescription Drug Manufacturers Association and the Cosmetic, Toiletry & Fragrance Association. NDMA had requested a 90-day extension and CTFA asked for an additional 120 days. FDA informed the associations about the extension in May 22 letters.
