Nicotrol: Cygnus and Pharmacia & Upjohn enter arbitration to settle disputed terms regarding P&U's March purchase of Nicotrol's U.S. manufacturing rights. According to Cygnus, the agreement calls for Pharmacia to pay the company for "existing inventory costs and for certain purchase order commitments"; however, Cygnus and P&U have not been able to come to an agreement on these items.
