OTC DRUGS OF ABUSE TEST POLICY WILL COVER ALL NONPROFESSIONAL SETTINGS, FDA Deputy Commissioner for Policy William Schultz said Feb. 6 at a House Commerce/Oversight Subcommittee hearing. Noting the importance of assuring "accurate, reliable results" of drugs of abuse tests in all nonprofessional settings, Schultz said FDA would apply its policy to workplace, insurance, and sports testing as well as home testing.
