HOUSE COMMERCE/HEALTH SUBCMTE. RANKING DEMOCRAT REP. BROWN is a two-term congressman from Ohio who has taken positions on price and quality controls in the home infusion market and supported an extension of the federal market for a segment of the health care industry in his home district.
