FDA EXPORT REFORM INTERPRETIVE DISPUTES COULD BE RESOLVED by an advisory committee that may be sought by Sen. Judd Gregg (R-N.H.), Kimberly Spaulding, senior health policy advisor for Gregg, said Dec. 11 at the Food & Drug Law Institute annual educational conference. An export advisory committee to resolve conflicts over interpretation of the FDA Reform and Enhancement Act of 1996 would be called for if it became clear that a significant number of export issues must be addressed.
