OTC nicotine inhaler in Sweden: Pharmacia & Upjohn will launch an OTC nicotine replacement therapy inhaler in Sweden in mid-December, Advanced Therapeutics Products announces Dec. 5; ATP developed the inhaler and sold patent rights to what is now P&U in 1987. Sales of the inhaler have "exceeded all forecasts" in Denmark, where it was launched as an OTC in September, P&U reports.
