FDA REFORM IN 105th CONGRESS WILL REQUIRE INCREMENTAL APPROACH similar to the export reform bill enacted this year, attorney George Burditt of Burditt & Radzius (Chicago) predicted at a Washington Legal Foundation meeting Nov. 19. "You don't accomplish reform by getting 100 people in a room and saying we are going to get FDA," Burditt remarked. "Those words are meaningless." Burditt is the general counsel for the Food & Drug Law Institute.
