Lenehan, the chairman of Johnson & Johnson's Consumer Pharmaceuticals and Professional business, said: "Beyond safety, I believe, it is in the government's self interest to enhance OTC access and education." Such access, Lenehan explained, would exhibit a greater trust in the "consumers' ability to read and think for themselves."
