VEXCO'S FUTURE ADS FOR LIPSOREX WILL NOT USE MARKETING STUDY AS BASIS of performance claims, the Canadian company told the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, according to an Aug. 22 NAD Case Report. NAD had recommended that Vexco Healthcare discontinue its efficacy claims for the cold sore treatment, made in ads on the Internet, until the company conducts more studies or obtains FDA approval.
