FDA REFORM BILL MARK-UP IN HOUSE COMMERCE COMMITTEE slated to be held the week of July 29, Congress' final work week before the annual August recess. An earlier scheduled mark-up by the committee was postponed to allow House leaders and the Clinton Administration to try to resolve differences over the legislation.
