Orrin Hatch (R-Utah). Signed by Nonprescription Drug Manufacturers Association President James Cope, National Association of Chain Drug Stores President and CEO Ronald Ziegler, Food Marketing Institute President and CEO Timothy Hammonds and National Association of Retail Druggists Exec VP Charles West, the letter introduces an accompanying draft amendment to the proposed DEA reg. The amendment would "exempt from regulation the retail sale of blister-packed products that contain no more than 3.6 g of pseudoephedrine per package"...
