FDA ACCEPTANCE OF STRUCTURE/FUNCTION CLAIMS FOR NON-DISEASE HEALTH CONDITIONS recommended by Nature's Way Chairman Ken Murdock at the March 8 meeting of the Commission on Dietary Supplement Labels in Salt Lake City. Speaking on behalf of the National Nutritional Foods Association, Murdock maintained that structure/function claims for non-disease health conditions are allowed under the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act.
