CODEX DIETARY SUPPLEMENT PROPOSED GUIDELINES THREATEN DSHEA GAINS, CRN President John Cordaro said in his "1995 State of the Industry" speech at the association's annual conference on Sept. 18. "We are particularly concerned about proposed rules being developed by Codex Alimentarius that could lead to pressure here and in other countries to wipe out gains made under [the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act]," Cordaro declared.
