FDA GUIDANCE DEVELOPMENT WILL PROVIDE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT under an agency policy on informal rulemaking procedures to be released in October, FDA Deputy Commissioner for Policy William Schultz announced Sept. 14 at a House Government Reform Committee hearing. The hearing was held jointly by Rep. Christopher Shays' (R-Conn.) Human Resources Subcommittee and Rep. David McIntosh's (R-Ind.) National Economic Growth Subcommittee.
