Pycnogenol settlement: Horphag Research and M.W. International settle trademark/patent infringement suit against Consac Industries. Consac has agreed to use the Pycnogenol name only on products that have been manufactured using pine bark extract purchased from M.W. International, Horphag's U.S. distributor.
