Executive Summary

SEN. HATCH QUESTIONS TIMING OF NEW DIETARY SUPPLEMENT LEGISLATION in an Aug. 15 letter to Citizens for Health Executive Director Alexander Schauss. The letter from Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), one of the primary authors of the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act, responded to a request from Schauss for Hatch's opinion on legislative efforts to improve upon DSHEA this year.
